350 words : Found: 150,000 Jobs in San Diego!

350 words : Found: 150,000 Jobs in San Diego, by Loch David Crane, M. Ed.

Loch David Crane, M. Ed. explains where to find work immediately–by using the Federal E-Verify system to assure that new jobs go to legal Americans, not illegal aliens. With the support of President Barack Obama, even big local employer Costco now does this.
These millions of stolen jobs also provide a solution to the National unemployment crisis, today at 14.5 million people. Pew Hispanic Center estimates that 11.5 million illegal aliens have broken Federal law by entering America illegally. We could offer jobs to all Americans!

Wouldn’t it be nice to have 11.5 million homeland jobs ? Yes we can--and it is as simple as asking employers to E-verify their new and current workers. President Obama only asks illegal immigrants to get in back of the line, pay a fine, learn English, and become naturalized.

Bureau of Labor Statistics cited 150,000 or more unemployed people in San Diego. Union-Tribune’s Morgan Lee “estimated 198,000 illegal immigrants in SD County” (June 2011)
198,000 illegal aliens consuming local jobs
- 150,000 unemployed San Diegans seeking work
= 48,000 illegals who deserve deportation or need naturalization

If we simply let the aliens self deport, we will have jobs for all San Diegans, single parents, Veterans, and graduates. We can offer a living wage and grow the hemp industry. Licensing medical Marijuana dispensaries brings in tax revenue and provides even more jobs. We can bankrupt Drug cartels. And I’m running for Mayor because it’s time to change the water in the bong of City Government.

Retired English Professor Loch David Crane, M. Ed. and President Barack Obama both want you to use the E-Verify system to employ legal Americans in “America’s Finest City.”

If you are an employer who may have illegal workers, simply call 1-800-375-5283. “You may also report [individual] aliens themselves if you believe they are in the country illegally, whether they are working or not. You should have the address of each suspected violator at a minimum, and as much additional information as you can obtain,” cautions the National Service Center.

Crane volunteers for the Patriot Guard Riders and the Border Patrol Auxiliary, guarding America while you sleep.

Medical Marijuana - "It's time to change the water in the bong of City Government!"

Medical Marijuana - "It's time to change the water in the bong of City Government!"

1.  As Mayor how will you regulate medical marijuana?

As a candidate for mayor of San Diego and the only medical marijuana patient running, I believe medical marijuana should be regulated like alcohol, largely restricted adults over 21.  I would require a patient under 21 to get two doctors’ approvals before receiving a prescription, and have special under-21 youth dispensaries.  We need a tamper proof ID with an 800 number for 24 hour verification.  Police should chase illegal aliens, not medical patients!  We also have to control our patients and dispensaries to show credibility and control before the public.

2.   Would I put forward another referendum?

NO–I think we’ve already had several referendums that prove Californians, and San Diegans, want and deserve medical marijuana NOW.  The County has wasted years of patients’ time, making them live longer in pain.  Such ignorance and lack of legislation resulted in the suicide of Steven McWilliams.  We HAVE legal access NOW, which is a right denied in Oceanside and elsewhere.

3. What are your plans for the hemp industry and support of MM patients?

My plans for medical marijuana include reasonable regulation and taxation, which could generate billions in taxes, provide local jobs, remove the largest product from the Mexican Drug Cartels’ menu, and be the green gateway to hemp’s industrial uses.   As a legal patient I will redirect the District Attorney, to become a citizen’s Attorney –working to lower your gas prices, insurance, healthcare, water, and utility rates.  Then she will be told to protect medical Marijuana patients in pain, and stop harassing dispensaries.   She needs to prosecute more murderers, rapists, and illegal aliens--not medical patients.  I’m running for Mayor because it’s time to change the water in the bong at City Hall.

4.  As Mayor, how will you treat dispensaries?

Marijuana dispensaries should welcomed in the City, as any other pain reliever or physician.   I earlier spoke to the City Council (on YouTube), urging their vote.  The 600 foot limit (from schools, parks, etc.) is fairer than the 1000 foot limit.  We also need clear medical advice for a product priced like gold: What’s the best medicine and dosage for pain, depression, neuropathy, AIDS, cancer, or specific diseases?  We should write  a diagnostic manual.

200 words : On Education

200 words :  On Education from Loch David Crane

Question: Would you send your child to public school? What are the problems and how would you solve them?

Of course I’d send my children  to the public schools because I know that they can receive appropriate education when I as a parent pursue it.  The key is always parent involvement or  absence.  You have to participate in your child’s education the get the available services!   The Mayor and City Council should set an example of  leadership, frugality, or self control for the City Schools. . .but they haven’t yet!

The problems of student violence, boredom, vandalism, drop outs, and many other non-medical problems can be solved with appropriate individualized counseling and smaller class sizes.  Unless you involve the student’s wishes and career, the parents’ ability and willingness to help, and the State’s requirements–failure will result.  Laying off expensive administrators lowers class size, allowing that individualized attention. Magnet schools show that when students enjoy learning, they attend and excel!  Success can be studied and learned.

Students need to be motivated toward trades, labor, and management–not just academic careers.  A properly led construction class could help maintain the school and show student skills; vandals should clean up their own graffiti; artists could maintain the classrooms; gardening classes could raise salable flowers or edible food; computer classes could consult online.

200 words: The Emergency Power Outage and Sewage backups

200 words: The Emergency Power Outage and Sewage backups by Loch David Crane, M. Ed.

During the blackout, sewage pumping stations  lost power and major spills occurred.  The water supply was also threatened as water pumping stations similarly failed. Do you support investing in backup systems even if it means an increase in fees for residents?

Of course I support investing in backup systems for water.  I DO NOT feel the city or the citizens of San Diego should pay for these backup systems!  The corporation which designed such a fragile, vulnerable system is responsible.  Yes I believe SDG&E (San Diego Greed and Excess) needs to pay for its backup systems, place them where they cannot be destroyed by a fault line, drowned by a tsunami, or shut down by a lone terrorist.

SDG&E also has a layer of fat to remove: the shareholders, who demand profit from each of us!  They made $360 million profit in one year: that’s a dollar a day from every one of you people, all year long – just for PROFIT!  Shareholders should pay for these emergency repairs, then be removed.  Ratepayers should not shoulder these fees.  I ripped into the Public Utility Commission before (on YouTube).  There were NO San Diegans on the PUC board!

There must be some legal way to take over that  utility monopoly, buy off the shareholders, and lower consumer rates by about a third when you don’t have to feed the rich.  We can ask Michael Shames’ U-CAN  how to save even more!

200 words: My Support of Senate Bill 922

200 words: My Support of Senate Bill 922    By Loch David Crane M. Ed.

Question: Do you support a proposed ban on the city of San Diego ever requiring project labor agreements on major construction efforts? Does SB 922 change anything for you if it’s passed?

I do not support the ban of this important project labor agreement. SB 922 seems to be a great improvement: it assures a “collective bargaining agreement that establishes terms and conditions of employment for a specific construction project.”  This means the city may not be taken advantage of, nor the workers, nor the citizens. It requires contractors, who are seldom  bound by their consciences, to “provide significant benefits to taxpayers, promoting transparent competition, and ensuring a reliable supply of labor.”  Who could disagree with that. . . Except greedy profiteers?

A project labor agreement would also prohibit “discrimination based on race, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, political affiliation, or membership in a labor organization.”   These are all fundamental principles of the Democratic Party which I wholeheartedly support, and for which Filner was jailed.

As an independent landowner, SB 992 does not change much for me as an individual; however it does provide benefits to my fellow citizens and taxpayers.  The only ways I would improve it would be to require President Obama’s E-verify program (so that legal Americans would be hired) and perhaps hiring veterans and unemployed first. There is so much good we could do if we tried.

200 words: Community plans

200 words: Community plans by Loch David Crane, M. Ed.

Question: Many community plans around San Diego are sorely out of date, which costs the developers more as they try to build housing projects and are forced to access special permits. How would you expedite planning efforts?

Overdevelopers have always had the upper hand and seem unwilling to do their fair share of infrastructure repair. When they stuff 200 units or 40 condos into a calm residential area, they increase traffic, sewage, parking, water usage, blight, and overcrowding. For this the city and the citizens have to suffer while they profit. The planning department must make sure the developers pay their fair share.

Over the last 200 years our infrastructure (affordable housing, sidewalks, streets, parks, bay access, views, etc.) has deteriorated because "special permits" were in fact not properly expected. Overdevelopers need to state the true environmental impact of their development and pay accordingly. If we had done that with the Chargers, the city would've made a profit instead of just the owner.

San Diego almost abolished its planning department! Were it not for community groups like Save Our Heritage Organization and Citizens Coordinate for Century Three, our “ temporary paradise” would look and feel worse than it does! I would not expedite the city's efforts if the alternative is to give in to the developers. . .again.  In fact the air and water quality boards should be producing city income by fining toxic polluters–they don’t now.

200 words on the new city hall

200 words on the new city hall version two, by Loch David Crane, M. Ed.

Question: Do you believe the city needs a new City Hall? If yes, what’s the problem with the current City Hall? And how would you finance its development if so? If no why?

Of course we need a new City Hall. . .but not THERE.

Let’s find a cheaper property elsewhere near downtown, then sell 202 C st. for many millions as prime real estate!  We can get a 20% yearly payment, use that and other sources to build a bigger, better building elsewhere.  We can upgrade everything, have more parking, create a green solar building, and employ the unemployed.  The roof garden provides us a  cafeteria. We’ll  reward a great local architect, showcase some artists, and hire legal Americans using President Obama’s E-Verify system.   We’ll cover the roof as well as the entire south facing side with solar panels!

We can start building thru developer sales or public domain, and occupy in a staggered fashion.  We do not need to shut down ALL of the City to move, or even ANY City services.  We can avoid asbestos and include sprinklers, the old building’s problems.  We can learn from the fire service how to design safe tall buildings, and then pay these heros well to protect us.  The City should also continue to expand satellite services so planning, permits, and other processes can be completed in local neighborhoods or on the web at  crane4Mayor2012.org

200 words: transportation and freeways

Critics of a slow, inefficient, disorganized, crime ridden public transit system are right!  By choice most of us don’t use public transit now, or plan to.  But we regularly fund it for others, anticipating the future.

Californians venerate the personal car, and that won’t change for another generation or two.   It’s often a person’s most expensive purchase after a house, if ya can afford that!  We love our cars because they reveal ourselves, move us with our desires, and allow us to express our individuality.

I drive the STAR TRIKE, a hand built starship replica.  In my job as an entertainer there’s always too much to carry, so I can’t use the bus.   If I–or a taxpayer–had a permanent job and a stable living area (like a regular restaurant gig), then mass transportation might be practical.  So might living and working communities.   Most people use public transportation as a last resort, and prefer their costly individual vehicles: that’s still legal here.

Citizens are irregular in their driving times, destinations, and habits.  Small businesses, busy managers, deliverers, and service workers all need individual vehicles, which the boss may choose to electrify or run on fry oil.  But until the quality of life changes and electric vehicles take over, individuals will always vote for  self transportation over mass transit.    I vote for better roads, more lanes, more exciting destinations, and better repair on those roads we have.   They’ll have to last long enough to pass on to our grandchildren.

Mayoral candidate Crane magically reveals thousands of San Diego jobs, available now--a year before election!

Press Release 4: 1 September 2011
Contact: Loch David Crane (619) 222-2849

Mayoral candidate Crane magically reveals thousands of     San Diego jobs, available now--a year before election!

(San Diego, CA) In the Mayoral election, still over a year away, the media have already anointed the greedy four “big spenders” who will collectively waste millions in advertising about themselves.  The biggest current check collector, City Councilperson Carl de Maio, recently trumpeted that he had allegedly created a few jobs.  But there are in fact thirteen other legal candidates for Mayor of San Diego, and candidate Loch David Crane, M. Ed. is now revealing to San Diegans where to find work immediately–by using the Federal E-Verify system to assure that new jobs go to legal Americans, not illegal aliens.  With the support of President Barack Obama, even big local employer Costco now does this.

These millions of stolen jobs also provide a solution to the National unemployment crisis, hovering today at 14.5 million people or 9.1%.  Pew Hispanic Center estimates that aliens who have broken Federal law by entering America illegally have held steady at 11.5 million for the last five years.   It is also a Federal violation to overstay your visa (as most of the 9/11 hijackers did) or to share a Social Security number (as illegal aliens often choose to do).  The President’s E-Verify program can help to prevent that kind of Social Security  fraud and identity theft also.

Wouldn’t it be nice to have eleven million American homeland jobs to share among the veterans, homeowners, single parents, graduates, minorities, underemployed, and those who never graduated high school?  Yes we can--and it is as simple as asking employers to E-verify their new employees (as Costco does now), and expecting employees to E-verify themselves as legal Americans.  Then those with fraudulent or no documentation will begin to self deport back to their home countries around the globe.   President Barack Obama wants illegal immigrants to get in the back of the line, pay a fine, and learn English if they want to stay here.   This is not blanket amnesty, but examination and approval of new legal immigrants as we once had on Ellis Island.

But let’s get back to the hundred and fifty thousand jobs for San Diego’s workers.  Recent Bureau of Labor Statistics cited 150,000 or more unemployed Americans in San Diego, tax payers struggling to survive.  The Union-Tribune’s Morgan Lee  “estimated 198,000 illegal immigrants in SD County” in June 2011.  Even San Diego’s greediest big spender, Carl De Maio,  can follow math like this:

198,000    illegal aliens consuming local jobs
             -    150,000    unemployed San Diegans seeking work
=   48,000    illegals who deserve deportation or need naturalization

If we simply move the illegal aliens out, we will have jobs for all San Diegans, with  almost 50,000 excess illegal aliens who may get in line to be naturalized or need to self deport.   Candidate Crane opposes current Mayor Sanders’ stupid “Sanctuary City” designation, and intends to return his home town to prominence and prosperity as “America’s Finest City.”  Ironically once a Police officer and Chief, now Sanders shields illegal aliens from police and media questions with Special Order 6.18, which forbids officers from asking criminals their immigration status!  Their immigration status is not solved until they are arrested.  Sanders has opened the door wide for illegal aliens; Candidate Crane prefers to “shut the door on San Diego” because it is unsustainably full of people, unbelievably short on natural resources, and ironically short on water.  Retired English Professor Loch David Crane, M. Ed. and President Barack Obama both want you to use the E-Verify system to employ legal Americans, return missing citizens to their homelands, and reclaim our former glory as “America’s Finest City.”

Candidate Loch David Crane, M. Ed. is a retired professor of Technical Writing, having taught for over 20 years at San Diego State University, National University, and other local schools.   He is a San Diego native of 63 years, a life long Democrat, former Eagle Scout, and has been a Gray Panther.  He is the builder and driver of the Star Trike, the World’s largest and only self-mobile replica of the Starship Enterprise from Star Trek.  He now rolls with the Minutemen, the Patriot Guard Riders, and the Border Patrol Auxiliary to regularly help protect America’s borders.   You may see him in over 100 of his most memorable video speeches, including lighting his fingers on fire while debating, NOW on YouTube!

Magical Mayor candidate Crane makes more troop show Appearances

Press release 03: 13 July 2011

Magical Mayor candidate Crane makes more troop show Appearances

(San Diego, California)  fresh from a three-day donated appearance at the recent San Diego County fair, Magician and 2012 Mayoral candidate Loch David Crane  is planning to donate some more troop shows this summer to help local Navy and Marine installations.  Several other shows and a Magic Camp were also provided free of charge by Ring 76 of the International Brotherhood of Magicians in San Diego. Crane frequently donates troop shows as he travels around the United States and in Europe, including the Ramstein hospital complex in which many of our recent veterans recuperate.   There are now 14 legal candidates running for next year's Mayoral race in San Diego.

This weekend marks another Veteran's Village "Stand Down" held at San Diego High School football field.   The term “stand down” is a military synonym for relaxation, the opposite of "At attention."   Veterans’ children will not only be entertained by Loch David Crane at 11am, but the vets will have the opportunity to receive needed services such as haircuts, healthcare, clothing, counseling, and job referrals.  There are both male and female veterans these days, and more veterans are coming in with their families and that's where the entertainment comes in.  The last time he donated a Stage Magic Show for Stand Down, Crane was privileged to work with the comedic entertainer Joey Bishop.

Crane's next donated appearance is aboard Camp Pendleton on the 4th of August for the toughest audience known to entertainers--no, not Marines, but their children!  Professor Crane (who was a university professor of Written Business Communication for 25 years until his retirement) will perform a half hour show for the Pendleton Summer Camp’s children, and teach the kids a simple trick they can use to fool their friends.  Based upon the oldest trick in the Bible (cutting off an animal's head and restoring it), Professor Crane will teach the kids how to restore two separate strings into a single unbroken piece.   He assures you that no pieces of string will be harmed during this effect.

Then on 26 August professor Crane and several other Magicians from Ring 76 of the International Brotherhood of Magicians will donate a day’s worth of entertainment for the pre-deployment party of the USS Pearl Harbor.    There will be several hours of music and live stage entertainment as well as close-up Magic right in front of the audience’s eyes!  This appearance by Ring 76 will also be enlightened by the appearance of several clowns from a local clown performing group, and all families from the USS Pearl Harbor will be invited. Unfortunately the public may not attend this event.  However if you are in the press or a TV news station reporter, and would like to get pictures of Mayoral candidate Crane dressed up as "Bafflin' Bill Cody" in thigh high leather boots, turquoise rings, and a replica of Cody's Wild West circus outfit, your press pass will get you in.   Admiral Baker Field is located at  2400 Admiral Baker road,  92120 and the party will be held from 9am-4pm.    Loch David Crane goes on stage at 1:30pm.

Professor Crane’s next public show will be at 7pm on Friday, August 5th at “On Broadway,” 615 Broadway downtown.  Several Ring 76 Magicians will also perform; there is a $15 cover and the restaurant boasts Japanese sushi, American food, and a complete bar.  Dancing will be held after the Magic Show.

Press release 2: 1 July 2011
Contact: Loch David Crane 619-222-2849

Magical Mayor Candidate Loch David Crane appears at Del Mar Fair 2, 3, 4 July

Now that there are fourteen shiny new candidates who have filed their Intentions with the City Clerk to run for Mayor next year, the circus is officially in town.  Starting a year early to campaign, these front runners need to build name recognition, identify the issues they support, and try to get good press coverage.  This is your opportunity to see the ONLY Mayoral candidate who has run for the position FIVE times against all comers over the last 25 years.   And he is the ONLY candidate who performs Magic live on stage, closing out the Del Mar Fair on July 2, 3, and 4!

The show is sponsored by the International Brotherhood of Magicians (IBM) Ring 76, and other Magicians have performed at the Fair before over the last two weeks.  Crane will PERFORM FROM 11:30 TO NOON ON THE PLAZA STAGE near the wafting aromas of the Mexican Food Court.  There is no charge for the show; it is included with your fair admission.

Loch David Crane performs Magic in any one of several characters including “Merlin-ye-Mage,” a medieval mind reader; “Bafflin’ Bill Cody,” a popular Western character; “the Magic Santa Claus” for later in the year; and “Mistoffelees the Magical Cat,” from the stage play Cats.  This summer he is introducing a new character: “Uncle Sam The Unique Sorcerer” who will appear in overalls trimmed with red sequins, a blue tail coat mounted with silver sequined stars, and a large Mad Hatter-type top hat, covered in red white and blue sequins.   Even the gay candidates for Mayor–and there are three or more of them–won’t dress up like this!

During his act professor Crane, who has been an English professor at San Diego State and National University for over 20 years, will exhibit rope escapes, card tricks, visual illusions, and mind reading.   Audience members will be invited on stage to act as volunteers, examining the props and looking for fakery. But there is none to be found. The act plays well for all ages of the family, and will charm children, amaze adults, and entertain everyone. If you’ve ever wanted to work on stage with a magician and either be an assistant or look for hidden tricks among the props– this is your opportunity.

With 50 years of experience as a performing magician, Crane has performed as “Bafflin’ Bill Cody” for Indian tribes from here to South Dakota with their respect and approval.   He has also donated dozens of troop shows to US bases in Germany while traveling, and many local bases from Yuma to Pendleton.  You may see Prof. Crane perform NOW ON YOU TUBE located under his name and under the character “Bafflin’ Bill Cody.”   Professor Crane’s entertainment web site is <www.MagicSantaClaus.com> and photos of his handbuilt roadster replica of the Starship Enterprise may be seen at  <www.Star-Trike.com>

Youtube videos of his most famous speeches  will show him lighting his speech on fire; performing a cut and restored Gypsy floss trick while talking about affirmative action and diversity; tearing into the Public Utility Commission, opposing yet another unnecessary rate hike by San Diego Greed and Excess (SDG+E); telling kids a bedtime story explaining earthquakes for a forum on the educational channel; and of course lighting his fingers on fire for KUSI TV.   Stunned by the screaming audience ovation, interviewer Marty Block asks “Mr. Crane, in the unlikely event that you do not win the election next week, will you be around again to run as mayor?”  Professor loch David Crane. M. Ed. of course said yes, and this 2012 will be his next attempt in his perennial run for the Mayor’s office.

Please feel free to attend any of these three public Magic shows at the Del Mar Fair, located on Via de la Valley north of San Diego.  And if you raise your hand, YOU TOO may be a volunteer on stage–with the next Mayor of San Diego, Loch David Crane!   Crane will also perform at 7pm on Friday, 5 August 2011 at the On Broadway/Zen CafĂ© at 615 Broadway,  231-0011.  There is a $15 door charge or $10 online; full dinners, sushi, and drink menu are available, with dancing afterwards.

Three homosexual candidates and one Professor are ready to run for Mayor of San Diego!

Press release date: 18 March 2011
contact: Loch David Crane  619-222-2849

Three homosexual candidates and one Professor are ready to run for Mayor of San Diego!

While the city of San Diego is in financial ruin by the Bay, as teachers are being laid off, houses are sinking underwater, unemployment tops 10%, and thousands of illegal immigrants from a dozen countries steal American jobs -- help is on the way. Four candidates for the office of Mayor of San Diego have appeared: three openly homosexual candidates and a retired English professor.   You can read more about it on The City Beat story <http://www.sdcitybeat.com/sandiego/blog-236-.html#sCommentN2950>

While the evil Smurf  District Atty. Bonnie Dumanis takes time out from harassing Medical Marijuana patients and shutting down legal dispensaries of prescribed medicine, she also draws a salary from the city of San Diego.  So why does she fail to protect its patients, care givers, or their inviolate doctor-patient relationship?   Despite decades of overwhelming votes by San Diegan and Californian voters, D.A. Dumanis aligns herself with the federal government, preferring to harass legal marijuana smokers, rather than protecting or serving the citizens of San Diego.  It looks like she's never read or understood our police car motto "To protect and Serve."   Since I'm a supporter of Medical Marijuana and am in full legal compliance with San Diego's program (following eight traffic accidents), when I become Mayor I will challenge the evil Bonnie Dumanis to stop harassing patients and shutting down legal dispensaries in the City and County, since this is obviously the will of the people of California.

However our most pressing local and national crisis is a lack of employment -- between 10 and 20% depending on where you measure. None of the national or local candidates are brave enough to try to reclaim the 11 million jobs which are sucked out of California by illegal immigrants from variety of countries, mostly South American.  If we took the resolve as Americans to protect our country and ourselves, we could use simple tools like E-Verify and a detailed identification examination to separate the millions of illegal aliens from those permitted to work legally in America. Think of the thousands of veterans we could then employ; think of the hundreds of thousands of college students, women, high school dropouts, the handicapped, people of color, and young American citizens we could employ instead!   Think of the millions of families who would suddenly have an honorable source of income because they would be entitled and invited to work in America and produce the brilliance of innovation and development for which we are known.   The illegal aliens need to phone home, and then go back there.

American workers have the power to walk upon the Moon and stride among the stars; it is illogical and harmful to employ illegal aliens while Americans stand in line for meager benefits or endure painful jobs until they are able to fairly retire.  As President Kennedy directed us, it is still time to “ask what your country can do for you, [and] what you can do for your country.  And what together we can do for the Freedom of Man.”  As Mayor of San Diego I will demand and verify that our City's employers hire legal and experienced Americans, not illegal immigrants, on civil and private job sites.   It is time to appreciate and employ Americans and stop our job drain, and to raise and depend on our own citizens again.

However it is not only dishwashers who break into America to steal jobs -- there are also terrorists who break in to make war.   In my several years of patrolling the border as volunteer with the Border Patrol Auxiliary, I've seen drug runners, hopeless families, injured aliens rescued, and a thousand pairs of booties breaking in to America.   They even get a “resident” tuition break at SDSU, treating illegal aliens to a financial advantage over college bound American citizens!

These undocumented aliens breaking in to America bring in third-World communicable diseases (ask the Blood Bank), violent and alcohol related crime (ask the police and MADD), unmet social and health needs (look at our overcrowded and underfunded systems), the desire to take what is ours (common thievery and social benefits), and they commit a Federal offense when they break in.  So do other Americans who aid or shelter them–look it up.

Just last month, a radical Imam was captured being smuggled in a car trunk right through our city of Boulevard!   The drug cartels are exporting their murder, kidnaping, drug sales, machete beheadings, and violent crimes into border communities from San Diego to Texas.  They are shooting and killing our Border Patrol Agents as well as our citizens.

But even worse than that is the nuclear threat a terrorist could bring in a backpack or suitcase to place among our many military, civilian, and nuclear targets.  As Mayor of San Diego I would focus my attention on shutting the border's many openings, from tunnels to car trunks, from submarines to ponga boats, from Indian trails to lines of backpacks full of drugs, from unskilled labor to the latest big-dog criminal cartel, looking for pot, power, and profits.   Guns are illegal in Mexico–yet look what they do with them, and the thousands they murder.

I don't think any of the other three gay candidates will touch these issues and that's why I'm staking them out early.   We are the first four of perhaps a dozen or more candidates; when I first ran after Roger Hedgecock was deposed in the 1980s, there were 17 candidates and I believe I beat 13 of them.  Now that I am retired from teaching English and have recuperated from Roger Hedgecock's assault, I'm ready to try once more to save my hometown from "greed by the sea and decay by the Bay."   You can see this and many more of my previous liberal political speeches, including Magic tricks, lighting my speech on fire, two arrests, and igniting my fingers like candles: all these are now on YouTube.  Even the gay candidates don’t go this far out!

I hope San Diego’s voters are fed up enough with the evil Republican decades-long dynasty of arrogance, unfair control, disrespect for the voters, overspending, and pursuit of personal enrichment that you're ready to vote for Democrat Loch David Crane at the next opportunity.  I hope to see and hear from you all on the campaign trail, on the webmail at <capnkirk@adnc.com>. . .or on YouTube!

Protest illegal aliens taking 198,000 jobs from San Diegans: Remember the Alamo!

MOVEON.ORG is sponsoring a protest in San Diego to find jobs for most of the 150,000 unemployed veterans, single parents, families, students, minorities, and individuals in San Diego.  This is one of the “Jobs not cuts: Week of Action events” which draws attention and help to the unemployed.  This event will be held from noon to 3pm in front of the Mexican Consulate at 1549 India Street (between Beech St & Cedar St).  Although there are over 230 countries in the World, the United States Border Patrol estimates, based on arrests and detentions, that 85% of those breaking in to America are from Mexico.

According to the Pew Hispanic Institute, there are an estimated 198,000 illegals in San Diego who are consuming jobs, social services, healthcare, K-12 education, and even in-state college tuition benefits for which they have not paid and to which they are not entitled.  Breaking into America is a federal crime, and so are shielding and aiding those illegal aliens.

San Diego’s citizens have a duty to employ the veterans who defended us, the parents who raised our American families, and the other American citizens who played by the rules legally. We also have a duty to employ naturalized citizens who have gone through the citizenship process and learned English, those immigrants who earned their citizenship by serving in our national Armed Forces, and to employ those Americans were born on our soil whether from legal or illegal mothers. We must help our fellow Americans survive.

There are 198,000 illegal aliens taking jobs, social services, and receiving in-state college tuition reductions from legal Americans. The Union-Tribune estimates there are150,000 San Diegans who need and deserve these jobs and services. When the illegal aliens leave, we will then have 48,000 extra jobs to offer to new San Diegans who can return to California and find employment!

“The MoveOn family of organizations brings real Americans back into the political process. With 5 million members across America — from carpenters to stay-at-home moms to business leaders – we work together to realize the progressive promise of our country. MoveOn is a service — a way for busy but concerned citizens to find their political voice in a system dominated by big money and big media.  MoveOn.org Civic Action is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization, formerly known just as MoveOn.org, [which] primarily focuses on education and advocacy on important national issues,” explains their web site.

This is the AMERICAN DREAM:  to work hard, obey the laws, build a career, buy a house, enjoy your rewards, and be proud of your City and State.  Close to it is the LEGAL IMMIGRANT DREAM: to apply for citizenship successfully, learn American History and English, become naturalized, leave your home country, perhaps serve in the US military, participate in an inspiring citizenship presentation, and eventually earn a place as a proud legal citizen.

But the ILLEGAL ALIEN dream is to come to America and steal whatever benefits, jobs, and other things are available without intending to learn English or become legal citizens.  According to the Los Angeles Times’ David Kelly in 2006, many of the 85% illegal aliens from Mexico even dream of Aztlan–reconquering (stealing back) the seven western States which were lost in the Mexican-American war (California, Utah, Nevada, along with parts of Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and Wyoming) .

“‘Aztlan’ became a powerful rallying cry for militants who spoke of a ‘reconquista,’ or reconquest, of the Southwest, turning it into an independent homeland for Hispanic people” says Kelly.   The Mexican government was paid $15 million for the land under the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo in 1848.  Their losing command General was Santa Anna, butcher of Americans at the Alamo.  Do you remember the Alamo?

Which of these three dreams is yours--and do you deserve it?
Protestors are advised to bring water, shade, and sunscreen as well as chairs, signs, and bullhorns.
